There are a few rules about our affiliate program you should know about.

1. Cookie Period: The cookie period for our program is 30 days. This means that the affiliate will be credited for the conversion if the last click and the conversion occur within this 30-day period.
2. Self-Referrals: Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. This means you cannot sign up for Data Bloo using your own affiliate link.
3. No Abuse or Misleading Tactics: Engaging in abusive practices, gaming, or any form of misleading behavior, such as posting fake discounts on coupon-sharing websites, will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account.
4. Credit for Non-Affiliate Link Sign-Ups: In some cases, credit may be awarded for a referral even if the customer didn’t sign up through an affiliate link or coupon code. If you believe you have such a case, please contact us, and we will assess it on a case-by-case basis.
5. No Competitive Advertising: Affiliates are prohibited from using search engine ads, Facebook ads, or any other forms of advertising that compete with Data Bloo's own marketing efforts, specifically those that might confuse customers. This includes ads that directly link to our website.
6. No Impersonation: Affiliates must not impersonate Data Bloo employees or act on behalf of Data Bloo in an official capacity.
7. Terms Modification Rights: Data Bloo reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service of the affiliate program at any time without prior notice.
8. Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account for any violation of these rules, at our sole discretion. Commissions generated through mechanisms in violation of these Terms of Service will not be paid or owed.

Commissions are paid monthly, typically on the 5th.

Payment Methods:

• Via PayPal: In order to receive payment, affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address.
• Via Bank (IBAN): Affiliates can choose to receive payments directly to their bank account. A valid IBAN must be provided.
